Jacksonville Satellite Chapter
The Jacksonville Satellite of Greater Orlando Alliance of Black Accountants, Inc. (GOABA) mission is dedicated to empowering and uplifting black and other minority students and professional members in accounting, finance and related business professions. We believe that by providing a supportive and inclusive community, resources, and opportunities for growth, we can help black and other minority professionals thrive in their careers and make a positive impact in within the minority community. local network
Goals:
- To provide opportunities for members to volunteer for civic duties.
- To promote both self and professional developments of soft skill and technical skills
- To mentor minority students with interest within accounting, finance and or related business professions.
- To be of support for small black minority businesses through financial wealth building resources.
- To encourage supportive relationships amongst members through a local network.
The Jacksonville Satellite GOABA is made up of local passionate individuals who are committed to creating a more diverse and equitable industry within their city. We welcome all black and other minority accountants and business professionals to join our community and be a part of this mission.
